July 2003
Some showers with intervals of dry weather. July 12th - very fine weather and since the water tables are low, we are rapidly going into drought - even the Sciadophytis is wilting by the afternoons. Watering of newly planted specimens becomes essential.

"Answer July-
Where is the Bee-
Where is the Blush-
Where is the Hay?

Ah, said July-
Where is the Seed-
Where is the Bud-
Where is the May-
Answer Thee -Me-"
-Emily Dickinson, Answer July.
